la biographie

{Keep reading. There's more. There's always more. You just gotta dig a little deeper to find it sometimes.} |
Friends and venue owners alike have requested that I modify my bio to be more serious... so here it is:
I've been performing publicly and producing self-released CDs since 1992. I've performed all over this country and parts of Europe. Critics have likened my voice and style to Natalie Merchant, Jewel, and even Tom Petty and the Grateful Dead. Highlights of my career include opening for Catie Curtis, Michelle Malone, and Cheryl Wheeler, as well as performing to a crowd of over 100,000 people from the Atlanta Pride 2006 mainstage. That was a total high.
I call myself "Notorious Sue-B-Doo," although others are slow to do the same. I'd say I'm notoriously insane, introverted, and intense.
I have spent much time wandering, daydreaming, meditating, ruminating, striving for equal rights for all, crying over various & sundry injustices.
